ParameterHierarchyPicker.setInheritedFilterValues Method

Sets any inherited filter values which should be passed along with any hierarchyService.getMembers(..) call done by the hierarchy explorer. Setting this will close the drop down and cause a refresh when the drop down is re-opened.
